The following is a list of major water providers who depend on streams within the Conservation District. These water providers, and their paying customers, depend on the protection of water quality in these streams and the protection of their source watersheds.

  • City of Englewood (South Platte River)
  • City of Golden (Clear Creek)
  • City of Arvada (Ralston Creek, South Boulder Creek, Clear Creek)
  • City of Westminster (Clear Creek)
  • City of Northglenn (Clear Creek)
  • City of Thornton (Clear Creek)
  • City of Boulder (South Boulder Creek)
  • Evergreen Metropolitan District (Bear Creek)
  • Conifer Water (North Turkey Creek, South Turkey Creek)

Denver Water Distributors

Denver Water also provides 100% of the water to a network of independent distributors. These include the following:

  • Wheat Ridge Water District
  • Consolidated Mutual Water Company- parts of Lakewood and Wheat Ridge
  • Green Mountain Water and Sanitation- parts of Lakewood
  • Ken Caryl Water and Sanitation District
  • City of Littleton
  • City of Cherry Hills Village
  • Southeast Englewood and Southgate Water and Sanitation- most of Centennial and Greenwood Village
